Grant Management System Design & Launch

The project entailed the creation and management of a comprehensive grant management system for Community Solutions, a prominent national nonprofit organization working partnership with local governments across the United States. The main objective was to establish an efficient system for assessing grant applications and refining proposals in collaboration with grantees. Additionally, the project involved coaching grantees on maximizing the impact of their funds. Furthermore, a robust tracking system was developed to monitor grant progress and outcomes, facilitating seamless reporting to the funder. The outcome was a meticulously designed system that empowered catalytic investments in communities working to end homelessness.
